I’m on a bit of a roll at the moment with things in the kitchen… and this week’s something new takes place in the kitchen once again 🙂
This time it’s ‘baking’ – a simple, 3-ingredient recipe for cookies… nutella cookies! Heaven in 3 ingredients 🙂
I came across this recipe from a fellow blogger and promised her I’d give them a try one day… so I did. Although, I ended up with a 4-ingredient recipe because I decided to add a little peanut butter to some of mine 🙂
Mix together into a dough:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup nutella
- 1 egg (whisked)
Roll into balls and place on a baking sheet, on a baking tray, then flatten with a fork. Pop them into the oven (200°C) for about 10 minutes (mine ended up staying in for about 15 because they just seemed very soft) and then finally – DEVOUR them!
